L&D Specialist - HRBP

Job Responsibilities

    1. End-to-End Learning & Development 

    • Lead complete L&D lifecycle: Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design, development, delivery, and evaluation. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand capability gaps and align learning solutions with business objectives. 
    • Design structured learning journeys across functions and levels. 
    • Manage vendor partnerships and external training programs where required. 

    2. Instructional Design & Content Development 

    • Develop impactful learning interventions using structured instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM,  Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.). 
    • Create engaging classroom, virtual, and e-learning modules. 
    • Promote and manage MOOC-based learning programs.  
    • Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and business application. 

    3. LMS & Digital Learning 

    • Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS). 
    • Track participation, completion rates, and learning analytics. 
    • Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions. 
    • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness. 

    4. Talent & Performance Development 

    • Drive performance development initiatives in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders. • Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs). 
    • Support succession planning and leadership development frameworks. 
    • Align learning initiatives with performance management systems. 
    • Measure learning impact through structured evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick level 4). 

Key Requirements

Qualifications and Experience 

  • 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development within corporate environments. • Strong business understanding and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development. 
  • Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms. 
  • Exposure to digital learning, MOOCs, and blended learning ecosystems. 
  • Experience in talent development, IDPs, and performance frameworks. 
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
