Maintenance & Calibration of instruments experience in metal, paper, pulp and process industries with good academics
Designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for industrial and automation applications
Conducting calibration, testing, and routine maintenance of instrumentation and control systems
Preparation of Instruemnt index, I/O List, good knowledge on P&ID
Preparation of data sheets for field instruments, selection of instruments and ordering of instruments as per process requirements
Understand and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards
Preparation of cable schedule, instrument loop diagram and testing, calibration of instruments
Knowledge on engineering standards such as IEC, ISA, API, VDE, DIN, NEPA, IEEE etc.,
Preparation of technical evaluation, vendor documentation, getting a quotation & ordering
Aware of current standards of electrical engineering equipment
Key Requirements
B E/B.Tech Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
Successfully completed technical studies in instrumentation engineering
Minimum 5-8 years practical experience in industrial process/furnace plants, automation system, process instrumentation, and industrial drive systems
Languages: English (very good skills), additional other languages are welcome
Working knowledge of electrical / instrumentation circuitry and design
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Additional knowledge of Siemens (S7 -400/1500, TIA Portal, WinCC, PCS7) and Rockwell / Allen Bradley (ControlLogix, Factory Talk), ABB 800XA DCS automation systems hardware and software components
Intercultural skills, customer-oriented, independent working attitude
Good communication skills
