As the activation lead in India, your prime responsibility would be accountability around the quality of work from activation teams, providing practice expertise, nurturing discipline experts, ensuring delivery of campaign performance via optimizations, and driving the wider global/regional agenda Your role would work closely with the APAC activation lead to drive the agenda around AI and automationYou would be responsible for capturing and surface market learnings as part of this role. This would require a massive amount of collaboration with the strategy, planning, and data teams too.
Job Responsibilities
Lead in Media Activation business development, support client onboarding, and in the creation, roll out, and adherence of best practices, AI, and automation across platforms
Lead through vision, values, and model leadership behaviors while championing and facilitating change in a positive manner
You would be setting activation work quality standards in India and setting a vision for the team for the coming year
You would be accountable for adherence to platform best practices, financial integrity, and data quality in India
Collaborate with Operations to identify and implement solutions to drive efficiency, and plan resources for the team
Managing risks & opportunities for the client, working with internal stakeholders and clients to address challenges.
Create a culture of accountability, be a motivational leader, leading by example while encouraging and coaching juniors on the team
Key Requirements
Demonstrate experience across a variety of Biddable media platforms (SEM, Ad Servers, DSPs, Video, Social, and Native) with a strong understanding of media fundamentals, e.g., incrementality, reach, frequency, channels, formats, reporting, KPIs, etc.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape, analytics, partnerships and solutions, and technology
Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder relationship building and management
Strong analytical skills. Able to analyse and draw conclusions from data and comfortable presenting quantitative information in a client context
Demonstrate the ability to present your strategic recommendations to external/internal clients
Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder relationship building and management
Experience in managing profitability in the context of agreed scope of work
