SAP- FICO Lead
Job Summary
Responsible for leading SAP projects and providing technical expertise across various SAP modules.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP projects, upgrade, and support projects
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions 3. supported by automation and AI
- Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, including ABAP, EC, FICO and SAC
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Conduct workshops and training for new modules
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and SAP AI technologies
- Work very closely with all internal business teams to identify opportunities of end-to-end process automation and eliminate manual work
Key Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
-7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, development, and support Projects
-Strong expertise in S4 HANA FICO. Willing to learn hands on job SF, EC, SAC Process and functionality.
-Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-BRD Preparation & Gap analysis
-SAP certifications in relevant modules
-Knowledge of Agile methodologies
-Experience in multiple industries and global projects
