Essential:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on OEM customers
• Direct involvement in customer meetings and interactions
• Hands-on exposure to shop floor or design environments
• Experience in delivering technical presentations or conducting seminars
• Familiarity with the assigned geographic region and travel for customer engagement
• Proven track record of sales success in prior roles
Desirable:
• Experience in hydraulic aggregate manufacturing or design
• Technical reading habit, especially related to engineering and market trends

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
• Strong technical foundation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good communication skills in English and the local language
• Willingness for regular customer visits
