• Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements related to networking and security.
• Develop detailed high-level and low-level network and security solution designs and architectures.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that effectively communicate solution value.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle - from opportunity qualification, to technical closure.
• Co-ordinate directly with End Customer / Vendor when required to size the solution
• Hands-on Experience to do Demo / POC on few Security technologies
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs, technical BoQs, SoWs, and solution documentation.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network and security pre-sales or solution architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in networking solution design, including wireless, routing, switching, VoIP, and network integration.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and architectures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, zero trust, cloud security).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical and cost - effective solutions.
• Solid documentation, proposal writing, and solution scoping experience.
• Self-motivated team player able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
